  • Invoice number
  • Amount
  • Payment reference number
• Bank charge, exchange difference and handling fee
  • The net amount received in our bank account in Hong Kong is the one recognised as payment;
  • Bank charges etc. before the fund arrives our bank should be client's expenses;
  • Our invoice is in HK$. Therefore, exchange difference should be client's expense when client pays in non-HK$ currency;
  • For exchange rate, please refer to this website for reference [ Exchange Rate ];
  • Payment to bank account or by cash outside of Hong Kong in certain currency (such as RMB) will incur extra handling fee - to bring the money to Hong Kong - and these will be client's expenses;

• Please add 7% in total amount as finance charge (for bank charge and exchange difference).

• For 1st time user, each transfer may be limited to US$750. Client may need to split payment into 2 transfers.

 3. Payment by cheque / check

• Accepts only HK$ cheque / check issued from HK banks
• Please attention that :
  • "The name of Payee" must in English;
  • Write down the "Invoice Number" at the back side of the cheque.

 4. Payment by remittance / bank transfer

• During payment by online banking, may skip the Bank Code and Branch Code, when the specific bank is already selected.
  • HSBC - may skip Bank Code (004) and Branch Code (817).
• Please attention that :
  • "The Account name" must in English;
  • Note the "Invoice Number" at remark.

 5. Payment via Western Union / MoneyGram

• Please visit www.WesternUnion.com / www.MoneyGram.com to check the most nearest branch to you.
• Please attention that :
  • "The name of Payee" must in English;
  • Note the "Invoice Number" at remark.
• Please specify money receiver as below :

  • First Name of money sender;

 7. Payment of RMB cash into China bank account

• Exchange rate
  • HK$ to RMB, please refer to : [ Exchange Rate ];
• Extra handling fee = 4%
  • Please include 4% more as handling charge to convert the RMB back to HK$ in Hong Kong
  • Example = If current exchange rate is HK$100 = RMB 100, please use HK$100 = RMB 104 for payment

    HK$ + 4% = HK$ RMB

• Please attention that :
  • "The Account name" must in English or Chinese;
  • Note the "Invoice Number" at remark.
