  • The form should be completed in English. There will be extra bank charges for the bank to process application form completed in other language.
  • The forms can be obtained in any branch of the bank in Hong Kong, and our company can arrange to send copies to client if requested.
  • Send the completed form to any branch of the bank in Hong Kong. Branch of the bank located outside of Hong Kong usually will not handle the application.
  • Or send the form to our company and we can hand over to the bank on your behalf.
